The culture and food history of East St.Louis.

My city is very basic cooking like bbq ,chicken,and other variety foods.In our city it just like the basic soul food cooking art but if visited you will love it.

I want to interview people.I feel it will be cool to get oral history from actual citizens.I would interview older people to see if they were here before everything was how it is now.
